In line with FICCI's vision to sustain its advocacy of a better Bangladesh with a brighter future, the DEI sub-committee of FICCI is undertaking the responsibility of fostering a diverse ecosystem within the private sector.
This platform is to showcase the current DEI scenario of FICCI member companies. We aim to highlight the art of managing a diverse workforce, understand the key challenges and eventually enhance the capacity of the members. We also plan to calibrate and recognise inclusivity - in a collective approach - through dialogues, workshops/sessions and recognition.
FICCI aims to make this as a platform from where anyone can take inspiration, share their own stories and help to create a vibrant community of Diversity Champions.
